FREE FREIGHT POLICY

Free Freight
You can enjoy the HiFond’s “Free Freight” policy if orders placed of $5000 or more in an entire order, in one shipment, and deliver to the same destination by common carrier.
Custom products are not included.
The destination excludes Alaska, Hawaii.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Inspection
​
Customer shall inspect the product upon receipt at the destination and notify HiFond in writing of any shortages, damages to or defective products within (72) hours of delivery. Failure of Customer to timely notify HiFond of any shortages, damage to or defective products shall constitute waiver of liability against HiFond.

Return & Exchange
​
If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item, we are here to help.
Prior authorization is required before any return or exchange can be allowed.

Customers are responsible for the following refund/exchange charges:
​
1. Return shipping charges must be prepaid and are not refundable.
2. Returned items that were part of a free freight discount are subject to the cost of shipping and return shipping.
3. A minimum handling charge of 15% plus actual shipping or delivery costs shall be made on all goods returned to compensate for costs of accounting, reconditioning, restocking and delivery, except when due to fault or error of HIFOND INC.
HiFond shall have no obligation under this warranty to repair or replace consumable components of the product. HiFond shall also not have an obligation if:
a) the product has been maintained, repaired, reconfigured, modified or adapted in any manner;
b) the product has not been properly used or maintained for the purpose for which it is intended;
c) No agreement has been reached.
